Merry Christmas Eve! The Competing Fics Came Just in Time! · 3:05pm Dec 24th, 2012
My God, those words "Just-in-Time" leave a bad taste in my mouth knowing that I still have work from M.O.B then that adds to my business with other 4 I.A projects, one chapter, Christmas Eve stuff and maybe a new story on the horizon. I am a fucking busy person on Christmas and I hate it...
Anyways, here you go! We shall pick the winners probably tonight... if The Descendant shows up... if not, we need a reviewer to pick the winner.
And a Princess in a Pear Tree - Written by TheBandBrony
Hearth's Warming Eve - Written by WhatTheMoo
I can only tell this is going to be good.
Enjoy the reads and stay tuned!
Merry Hearths Warming Eve, Everypony!
bah humbug
I wish I had time to read all of these stories, but I gotta play a new game that was gifted to me today-

...Whelp, looks like I got some reading to do!
Took me six days to write that damned thing. I'm so lazy.
Ah, nothing like sitting back with a cup of eggnog and reading pony stories as Christmas carols play on the iPod speaker and the fireplace melts the chocolate in the stockings because I stupidly put them up too early! Huzzah!
Anywho, these were both charming stories, and both authors should be very happy with how they came out. I love the portrayal of the sisters in each. They are shown as caring and interested in the holiday wishes of their subjects.
However, of the two, I have to give my nod to TheBandBrony for invoking Eastern European traditions and mentioning the insurance premiums necessary to have all six of the elements of harmony in the same room. It was close though... like, the difference between "one of the authors forgot to have breakfast" close.
In the end, the pleasure was entirely mine to read both of these charming, happy works! Merry Christmas everyone!![:twilightsheepish:](https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/twilightsheepish.png)
