So, I just realized today that I have 51 followers, and let me just say: That. Is. Awesome!

I know 50 isn't a huge number or anything, but I'm so grateful to every single one of you. Thanks so much for taking an interest in my work. It's been a blast writing Three's A Crowd and Two Paths, and that is why I'm happy to announce two new stories I'll be working on in 2013:

I've already alluded to both of these in other posts, but I'm so excited about them that I need to share the general ideas for them.

First, there's Censorship:
This one is inspired by the excellent Tumblr blog, Ask Pun Pony. I don't want to spoil the direction the story takes, but it hinges on a question I've often wondered about when being silly with my headcanon: Why are so many names in Equestria? I mean, seriously! Manehattan? Las Pegasus? Basically, it'll start off tongue-in-cheek and only get sillier as time progresses. I'm really excited to put this one out, but I'll wait until Two Paths is well under way, if not finished.

Next comes A Straight Shot Down the River:
In case you didn't figure it out, this is my Steven Magnet story. I thought of it for some reason while reading Gummy Tries All Day Long (which is awesome, by the way). I loved that sea serpent's flamboyant mannerisms instantly, but what if somepony (or someserpent) got the wrong idea about him? Just as importantly, how will his friends in Ponyville react when the learn that they're assumptions about him are completely wrong. Like Censorship, this will be some oddball comedy with light shipping. Look for this sometime down the line (maybe late spring).
