Regarding Eclipse Bane...

Hey, everypony, Nightwing here. Well, those of you tracking Eclipse Bane may have noticed that I haven't uploaded a new chapter in nearly three weeks. I greatly apologize for the lack of frequent updates and I owe you all an explanation.

I'm currently a High School senior who is also dual-enrolled at my local community college for a second year. This quarter, when I started Eclipse Bane, I found myself putting off schoolwork to frequently add to the story, and I haven't even gotten to the core of the story (the Runes). With the end of the quarter approaching fast, I have a lot of work to handle and accomplish. It's somewhat... depressing, knowing that you're working really hard on a story, but at the same time, not getting much done in terms of the story or schoolwork, and I am in danger of receiving a very low-quality grade. For now, I regretfully put Eclipse Bane on hiatus. I have to prioritize and work on the really important stuff. As much as I love writing Eclipse Bane, I've dug myself a hole and need to claw my way back to the surface. I hope you guys aren't too upset.

In lighter news, I do have the next chapter of Eclipse Bane in the works, but it has to go on hold for now. Also, once the quarter is over, I'll have a momentary break from College classes and will only have to worry about High School for two weeks. This will give me plenty of time to work on Eclipse Bane with this massive College-generated stress off of my shoulders. I know it hasn't received Featured Slideshow status, but knowing that I have several people who enjoy my story is enough to inspire me, that and the support I've received from the authors that I've befriended. Thanks, guys. I really do appreciate all of the help.

Once I have this work finished off for my College classes, Eclipse Bane will be back in full motion and I can get this stressing depression off of my back. I promise you guys. Come mid-March, I'll be back up and running. In the meantime, I've gotta get to work. Take care guys. I'll be back and writing like old in no time.
