In the last months, we've seen these ponies
On many an inner journey,
And to end this season, I have composed
This poetic summery.

First Twilight went to the Crystal Empire
(In the loosest sense of the word),
To save it from King Sombra,
Let the Flugglehorn be heard!

Then Pinkie thought to clone herself
In order to increase her fun,
But that wasn't such a good idea
When all was said and done.

And the Cutie Mark Crusaders
Added Babs Seed to their ranks,
At first a bully, now a swell gal,
She's proud to be among Blank Flanks.

Then the Great and Power Trixie
Was corrupted by magic most vile,
Twilight outsmarted her, and now,
She wears a genuine smile.

And the tales of the Headless Horse
Made poor Scootaloo afraid,
But now she's closer to Rainbow Dash
Thanks to Luna's aid.

Speaking of Dash, she's one step closer
To fulfilling her Wonderbolt dreams,
As she taught the reckless Lightning Dust
What loyalty really means.

And while the Apple Family Reunion
Did not go as Applejack planned,
She saved the event by raising the barn
With Fiddlesticks and her band.

Then AJ fought off the Timberwolves
And became Spike's great savior,
Little did she know that the little dragon
Would want to return the favor.

And Princess Celestia felt it right
To free Discord from his stony fate,
And Fluttershy taught us (if you'll pardon the expression)
To love and tolerate.

Then Spike looked after the animals for jewels,
But you know what they say;
When the masters are off to the Crystal Empire,
It's time for the critters to play.

And Rainbow Dash tried her best
To save the Empire from the shame,
Of not being able to host
The prestigious Equestria Games.

And finally, through mishaps and music,
Twilight became an alicorn,
And she earned herself the princesshood
(and some unneeded scorn).

Though I wish it could've been longer,
This season was not a bore,
So share your thoughts and speculate
As we wait for Season Four.
