I'm pretty glad that it'll be akin to a three-parter. At the end of an episode, the status quo is practically set in stone, so the fact that the premiere next season will be able to build off of the finale is pretty exciting. It also means that it's entirely possible the show will go back to having Twilight as a unicorn, or that Discord will make an appearance in conjunction with his other episode this season. Who knows? All I care is that nearly anything can happen, and that's fine with me.

As long as we don't end up with another "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW" moment like this one and get all freaked out.
