Summer has begun again for me. I have this one month to take a class and then all summer to work on a correspondence course. Still, as of now, I am a graduate :) I have a few more weeks before I go home and I am so excited!
I would like to do three things with this blog post. One concerns False Memory another concerns Believing Stories and the last is an announcement.
First: False Memory
Svenchen has bee doing readings of false memory on his Youtube. I think I mentioned that before. Anyway, he just posted chapter 3 last night so I'll share two and three here.
Two
Three
Yeah, readings are a mixed blessing. It's amazing to have someone read your work back...but then you realize all the grammatical or continuity errors you made. In chapter three I originally had a male character in the common room until someone pointed out that boys weren't allowed to mingle with girls in psychiatric hospitals. So I changed one reference and forgot to change the rest. There are a few other things I need to fix as well.
Anyway, they're there and I hope you enjoy them :)
Second: Believing Stories
The last chapter has been taking a long time and not just because of school. It's actually done right now but I'm woking on making sure if this is where I really want the last chapter to sit while you all wait for the sequel. My collaborator for the sequel has also been really busy with school so we haven't had a chance to discuss some things I may or may not reveal. So yeah, this may take a while.
Finally: Announcement
I don't know if any of you have heard of Starswirl Academy. Wanderer D Posted an entry a few weeks ago letting FiMFiction know that they needed writers. I applied and last week after a few interviews I was brought on as a writer :). Starswirl Academy is a visual novel where the characters are humanized and going to high school—
Wait... stop! Don't leave!
*a heap of people leaves blog post*
*siiiigh*
Anyway, we're working on making this a quality story. Right now we're still planning stuff, but yeah, this should be interesting.
So, that's my current life in a nutshell. See you around!
Humans. Going to high school. What is this, Red Thrush or whatever the fuck that one was called? Might as well just wait for Equestria Girls.
1053899 At least it is done with people who have more liberty to do stuff instead of the restrictions of television and a demographic for little girls. Some of the staff of this I think are just out of high school so the actually know what its like in this day and age.
1053905 And as someone who is right at the tail end of high school, I can only say that everybody has a different experience and I'm sick of people bitching about it.
1053908 for me its boring. Go in, learn (sometimes) for 7 hours, Walk home. Rinse and repeat for 4 years.
Congrats graduate!
Maybe now you will be around more often, and I'll get to edit more stuff about insane people/ponies.
