Hey again guys, or whoever it is that reads these things. It's been a while, and I'm truly sorry for that, but you know, life and stuff. Anyways, on to the good news part of this 'blog post'. As some of you might have noticed, I have finally managed to update the fic, for the first three chapters that is. Yes, I know the speed was less than ideal, but I can assure you there was a lot of hours and work put into it. So, before I continue this any further, a million thanks to Karrakaz, without you none of this would have happened and you somehow managed to stand my erratic schedules and, well... me. Now I decided to simply replace the old chapters with the new and (hopefully) improved ones. The first thing you might have noticed is that the word counts have increased a bit, and if you delve a bit deeper you will notice that other things have changed as well. All the way from simple things like changing words to more suitable ones, to re-writing entire paragraphs and even larger parts of the story. However the main storyline has stayed more or less the same. I sincerely hope you enjoy the changes made, and all sorts of feedback and constructive critisicm are still very much welcome. I'd really like to hear your opinions on the old vs new thingy. Oh, and if it isn't obvious, if you liked the previous one and are still interested in things to come, I'd recommend a re-read. :)
Now for the bad news, just as things are finally 'back on track', I have to say that the next update will sadly not be around for quite a while. I do have the fourth chapter written, but it needs a rework as well, and the thing is that I'm leaving for army pretty soon. Now not to worry, I'm not going to war or anything, lol, just a mandatory thing here in Finland, training and such. It will take anywhere from six months to a full year, depending on the choices I make there, therefore I cannot say for sure yet. Now I do get time off, but I hope you understand that while I do enjoy writing, it still isn't in the top on my priority list whenever I get a break. However, I will try to make time for it during this time as well, whenever possible. I also won't be releasing the chapter before it has been dealt with, because at it's current state it might conflict with the story, and I'm just not generally completely happy with it yet. Hope you, who have read and commented/rated the story so far will be able to bear with me through this, I know it ain't fun to wait.
On a cheerier note, I'd like to end this with the notion that I am in NO way ending the story or writing. I enjoy it a lot, and the feedback has been a LOT more positive and in larger quantities than expected, which obviously drives me to write more, and improve. And ponies are awesome. But you knew that already.
So, until next update, hope it comes sooner rather than later, though I won't make any promises. :3

Huh, well that's cool, I definitely go give it a reread when I have a moment. Which means probably tomorrow after work.
And don't worry we understand, the time you do get off you'll want to relax and do other stuff, real live does come first after all

its a shame there is no ending, but thank you for what you did write it was a beautiful story.
