When a mysterious airship parks over the Everfree Forest, a mysterious new filly arrives in Ponyville as well - a friend for Pipsqueak? Maybe if she wasn't a little off. How? For one thing - she keeps insisting the airship belongs to him.
.
Will Pipsqueak gather his courage follow a trail into the past, or will he stay in the comfort of Ponyville? You decide.
~ An interactive tale and Part of the Strangeverse Continuum. Takes place four years in the future of current Strangeverse fics with a teenage Pipsqueak. My chillax story, to be updated on even days, with Legend of the Titans updated on odds. No, you don't need to be familiar with any other Strangeverse stories to follow this, though expect some... strangeness. More characters to be added in as the story goes along.
So yeah, let me explain a little bit about this fic. If any of you remember my failed attempt at a war fic, The Powder and the Spark, it will not be like that. That one was wayyyy too ambitious. Instead, I plan to tone it down a little, but still make it game-like, in specific, RPG-like.
Basically, chapters in this will be will be fairly short, 1000-2000 words, which should allow me to post one or two chapters on the days I update this, allowing for more interactivity and fun. Interactivity will work fairly simply: most of the time there will be three-four multiple choice options. However, I realize that without some 'set standards' before-hand interactivity can feel not very... interactive. More specifically: an author may still twist the story to go where he wants despite what is written.
Well, there's no way to prevent that completely, but I do plan on adding something in to make this feel a little more like choices really matter! (Unlike you, Mass Effect 3. Fuck you fuck you and your god damned ending... still love you though, Bioware.)
Also, I guarantee there will always be a decent option and a poor option out of the choices, and two 'neutrals' (that may lean to either side.) Choose well, lads. Choose poorly, and Pipsqueak could end up... badly injured and Pip may end up getting a bad ending or something. (I can't kill off god-damned Pipsqueak, though. That'd be fucked up.) The more good options you choose, the better chance you'll have of getting even more good options.
Per usual, let me know if you have any ideas!
Gracias :D.
I honestly would rather you post tlott chapters every other day and work on this one when you aren't working on that.
But...I could be mistaken about this. This might be a really interesting fic so, I guess I'll just wait and see. Looking forward to it none the less!

I plan on working on this on even days, and Legend of the Titans on odd :).

Oh nice I've seen a bunch of these types of stories some were good and some were terrible, but go for it none the less... A tip try not to create a complex story because the risk of screwing it up is high, use a simple plot line instead. Take it from someone who knows how these stories work (since I did a bunch of Fanfic.net)
Sounds interesting, but I'm still a bit upset with you over canning that one fic Inventing Happiness.
