Sadly, i must say goodbye. Things are really depressing for me at home and i need to focus on taking care of my twin daughters. As some may know, about 10 months ago, my partner successfully took her own life. I am unable to both write, and take care of my daughters at the same time, so i am no longer going to write. IF you wish to take over My Last Letter To The Princess, PM me. First come first
okay, not removing the story. i will republish it, and finish the next chapter ASAP. you can thank shadowscyth (writer of the best story ever!) for giving me some great advice
The night was young and the stars were out and about looking down on everyone. They all seemed to spot a unicorn and her date walking down the dirt road back into town. They had gone out for a romantic picnic under the stars on the hill behind Fluttershy's cottage. Twilight was leading the two with a spring in her step with Fluttershy lagging behind a bit. The two had eaten daisy sandwiches, something simple and easy.
"The sandwiches were amazing! I had no idea you could cook that well!" Fluttershy's cheeks turned rosy.
"Thank you, Twilight, but it was nothing really."
"Are you kidding? Those were delicious!" Fluttershy's rosy blush deepened to a fine scarlet.
"Well, I'm glad you liked it, I also had a great time." The stars were still twinkling and still following the pair as they walked down the cobblestone street towards the library.
The streetlights had lit up the path and the two kept walking, words needn't be said for the silence was enough for the two. They reached the front door of the library and Twilight opened the door revealing the light hidden within. Twilight turned around to face the yellow pegasus before her.
Oh please let this work out! Please!
"Thank you for the wonderful evening, Fluttershy. I had an amazing time." Fluttershy smiled and her eyes connected with Twilight's.
"I'm just glad I got to spend time with, you." This time it was Twilight's turn to blush and Fluttershy in return smiled happily.
"Well, I guess I'd better head home. I can't leave my animals alone for too long or they get a little, feisty." Fluttershy turned to leave.
"Wait!" Fluttershy turned around.
"Yes? What is-" She was cut short by Twilight's lips meeting hers.
Every nerve in her body lit up like a tree on hearth warming's eve. Her lips felt soft and warm, they were tender yet fierce! Fluttershy wanted nothing more than to just stand there forever and enjoy her first kiss. Twilight broke the kiss after some time, both mares had developed scarlet blushes on their cheeks. Fluttershy looked Twilight straight in the eyes. Twilight had already asked the question Fluttershy was hoping for, and she already had the answer Twilight was hoping for.
Oh boy here we go!
"Thank you for the romantic evening, Shy'!"
