Ah the Woes of Gaming · 9:46pm Nov 23rd, 2013
This has been a boring, wasted Saturday. Instead of getting my PS4 delivered like it should have been, I am sitting here feeling apathetic and slightly unmotivated. To make a long story short; I was one of the few lucky people to get a PS4 that was "DOA", and had to send it in for a replacement on Tuesday. By all accounts, the CSR said it would be back in my hands before or on Saturday (today), which it has not. I contact customer service only to be told that FedEx has not picked it up from the service center, and here's the real fun ironic part. The service center is five hours from my house.
Oh yeah, I could have drove there and back today, and instead, I probably won't get my unit until Monday, or Tuesday. Never mind the fact that I have my friends coming over tomorrow for some Battlefield 4 gaming... (oh well at least there is always booze and cigarettes).
Anyway... these are just some of the woes of playing games, and playing the gamble of buying a new console before it's gone through its paces.
Also. I want to make it clear, that I am not displeased with Sony in the slightest. As long as they are willing to replace the console, then we can go through this a thousand times. I'm not paying for anything, so I have no problemo with it. So if any Microsoft fanboys come through here talking shit, be warned, karma is a bitch; and, I've seen the Xbroke's disc tray videos. So bugger off little flies.
-_- Fight...the urge.... to retaliate!!!
For Microsoft!!!!!!![:moustache:](https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/moustache.png)

Nah, both consoles have their problems and worth.
Though,
Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that I was a devout Microsoft fanboy since the 360 emerged on the market. I only went back to Sony after weighing my options for price, games I wanted to play, and somewhere in there, I remembered all the fun I had with my PS2.
Chances are, I will get an Xbox One; when they drop in price, and the slim, or thin model comes out. But I went with Sony because I wanted more game for my buck, and I simply felt that I could get that from the PS4.
I should also point out that I was so devout a Microsoft fan, that I might would have lurked Sony sites bad-mouthing the PS3 at one time or another... or did I?
Truth be told though, I'm more impressed with my OUYA system than both of the next gen consoles... how sad is that?
Now if I could get a Dreamcast emu to work on it, I'll have about seven retro consoles in one. Booyakasha!
