Pop quiz, everyone: What do you get when take the poster child from The Exorcist, make her adorable, and put her in a space opera?
Answer: You get the webcomic with the same title as this blog post. Kinda gave it away, now that I think of it. Anyway, let’s meet our main character. Introduce yourself, Ava!

Okay, I think we also need to introduce the titular character, too. Say hello, Ava’s demon!

Okay, now we get to the premise. Ava is fifteen-year-old girl lives in the year 3031, but don’t take the numbers into account. The creator says that the calendar isn’t set to the BCE/CE standard. She’s pretty unpopular at school, since a demon that’s been inhabiting her body since birth has been controlling her body at crucial times in her life, trying to make her commit suicide.
Her planet was recently repossessed by a company called TITAN Inc. TITAN Inc is owned by a guy named TITAN. Who’s TITAN?
Imagine the political leaders from Warhammer 40,000 and add a bureaucratic system for getting into heaven. If you don’t know what Warhammer 40K is and/or what the hell I’m talking about, here’s a brochure. A GIFset brochure!

But all that isn’t important because Ava’s planet blows up in very first chapter. She doesn’t take it lightly.
Aaaaand I should stop talking right now, because the rest of this is HUGELY spoilerific. And the more you can’t reveal about a show, the better it is. Just take my word for it that there are feels, swearing, backstories, interesting characters attached to those backstories, and nude floating space babes.

1806999 Presumably a large backlog before the artist began publishing and a strict release schedule so that each new comic is sitting completed for... two releases? ... before it's posted?
