OH MY GAAAAAWWWWD! · 5:19pm Mar 7th, 2014
TCB: Setting Things Right has just exploded in ways I never anticipated! With almost 200 faves in the past twelve hours alone, there is no way I can keep up with thanking you all. I can only hope and pray that you lovely people who faved it see this and know: I you. Yes, I know, there's no need to thank you, I'm the one who wrote it, blablablabla-blah. Just take the thanks, yeah? Feedback, both good and bad, is what makes an author grow, and a compliment as great as this is part of why I haven't started hitting the sauce.
So, the next couple months are gonna be busy for me, unfortunately enough, so I doubt I'm gonna get more than one more chapter out in that time, two at the most. Plus, I have another rewrite to master. But stay tuned, kids! I have every intention of riding this mofo to the very bitter end!
EDIT: I GOT FEATURED!!!! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GAWWWWDD!
And the reason for surprise is...?
1904414 Honestly? Didn't think this was gonna ever happen.
1904415 Riiight. The writer of The Chronicles Of Swarm and Game Over, who has already shown to have good narrative skills, great grammar and originality to share didn't think he was going to get featured with a story with such an unheard-of premise, and well-executed on top of that?
Humility is good, but I think you're going a bit overboard
Something that hasn't or VERY rarely that has been tried, at this point....this is very original, don't stop, but take your time with the chapters.
1904418 Please note that Chronicles of Swarm has 9 dislikes and less than a thousand views.
1904423 Will try.
Congrats on your story getting featured, you deserve it.
1904579 Thanks
You've taken one of the most hated conventions of the fandom TCB, and built an interesting concept on top of that, furthermore, in two chapters, you've executed an engaging hook. Where it goes from there? No pressure. All the same, you've captured my attention with a premise that has incredible storytelling value. Good luck to you.
1905276 Thanks As to where we go from here...that's a good question.
