I'm Not Dead. I'm Just Late.

As the title implies, it's very likely that I won't have a new chapter ready by my self-imposed monthly deadline for updates. The part of my April Fool's Day post where I said I cancelled the story was a fabrication on my part. The reasons, however, were not. Real life is kicking my ass right now, and I just can't find the time and motivation to write at my usual pace.

The good news is that chapter 6 is well underway, and the semester will be over in a couple weeks, so I'll have plenty of free time to catch back up soon. The end of the next chapter will mark one third of the story complete, so stay tuned.
