FlutterDash Contest

The FlutterDash group is holding a contest. The FlutterDash group, to all you non-shippers out there, is a group devoted to romance between Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash - not my favorite ship (not that any of you could have guessed that from my RariJack stories) but a ship I would love to see good stories come out of - though I suppose that is true of all of them. But I digress.

The prompt for the contest is "FlutterDash through the seasons" - that is to say, each entry (which can either be a single story, or four interlinked stories) must have at least one chapter or scene take place in each season.

So why am I mentioning this?

Well, you may remember that I entered the contest last year. I did not win (I got second place in the public voting portion); Hummingbird Heartbeat was the judge's pick for the winner, and my personal top pick as well. But as a result of the feedback I gave on the stories, I ended up being recruited as a judge by Everhopeful for the next contest.

Here it is, and now I get to shatter hopes and dreams across America FIMFiction. If any of you are interested in entering the contest, you have until the 14th of September. Alas, I am not allowed to help anyone with any contest entries, but if you have any general questions, feel free to ask them over on the contest thread.

And expect a nice long post about the contest entries once the contest closes.
