Hey, folks.
So I'm wrestling with a book deadline on top dealing of a bunch of other stuff -- some affecting my life, some affecting the industry I work in. It's all quite chaotic and thus it's I can do to keep myself from going insane, but I refuse to throw in the towel. Not when I'm this close to being able to make my life pretty awesome.
Anyway, I've come up for air and given myself a single day off before I hunker back down again -- and wouldn't you know it? I've hit 700 followers, and we're fast coming up on 80,000 story views! Wow. I, um... yeah. Thanks, everyone. 
In celebration of this, as I promised a few weeks back, I'm going to go ahead and open up the floor to questions! Ask me anything about anything! I have over twice as many people watching this space as I did the last time I did one of these, so this will be interesting, I think.
And this time around, we're going to add a little bit of spice to the proceedings...
...no, get your mind out of the gutter. This is a squeaky-clean family site! 
I just mean that for this AMA, I'm going to do something different and take a page out of a couple other playbooks I've seen. So, without further ado...

I'll post the answers... mmm, sometime between September 4th and September 6th. Again, I'm doing this while at the same time trying to deal with all this other nonsense, but quite frankly I consider you folks one of the lights in the darkness I'm working my way through, and look forward to the simultaneously fun and inane times this will lead to.

Oooh yay, I was always hopin' we'd get another one of these. Not only because I always love a chance to pick your brain, but also because it means you just continue to grow in popularity and recognition around these parts, and that is something you deserve all of in the world. ^_^
Anyway! I can't very well turn down this opportunity to pop a few questions at ya, so lemme see...howzabout these'uns:
1.) I know you have not, as a whole, been super-fond of most of the Applejack-focused episodes in the show to date, and with good reason. So let's say you've somehow gotten into a position to write one for the show yourself. What would you do with this opportunity?
2.) Overall, what would you say is your favorite overall season of FiM to date?
3.) Has there ever been a fandom you wanted to write 'fic for, but ultimately didn't for whatever reason? If so, which one and why?
If Hasbro ever ships a main pony (and I'm not counting the comic Celestia/mirror-Sombra), who do you see being shipped and why?

OOh! I finally came up with one! Well, two actually.
On the topic of crossovers, do you prefer the more conventional crossover, where the characters from one world step into another, or adaptations, where the characters are ponified?
And what for you is the most important thing in a good crossover? (the characters, world, plot, etc...)
