Just found out that one of my all time favorite authors died today. Terry Pratchett, author of the Discworld novels passed away at his home with his family at the age of 66.
I am unable to communicate properly just how much his books meant to me, how much he’s informed my own sensibilities of both comedy and fantasy, all I can do right now is say that the world is poorer place for his loss.
Do me a favor. If you have not seen this movie already please go do so now, because it is fucking fantastic. Seriously, it is just fucking sweet as hell.
