I Came Back To Post One Little Thing, Then I'll Leave Again

I had mentioned before that a book called The Last Centurion had largely read like an opposite day prophecy about 2020. I thought I'd mention a little factoid about the book, due to recent events. Scroll down for a spoiler.

I Deleted My Last Blog Post... Again

Not over racism this time, but because what should have been a forum for civil discussion about the debate had quickly become extremely uncivil. I stopped it before I had to ban anyone, but I've learned my lesson. I'm going to stop trying to discuss politics on my blog, because it is clear to me now that not even Bronies are capable of civil, rational discussion of politics in 2020, and that

I Want To Get This Off My Chest

I keep seeing people posting stuff about how "The virus isn't going away, viruses never go away, you guys just need to deal with it".

Here's some straight truth for you guys.

And here's a link where I cite my sources about SARS.

I Deleted My Most Recent Blog Post

Seeing what the discussion in the comments was turning into, I opted to simply delete it over deleting some of the posts I saw on it. While political discussion is one thing, racism is not something I'll stand for. Have a good Labor Day Weekend, everyone.

I've Got A Book I Want To Discuss With You Guys

Alright. The book in question is called The Last Centurion, By John Ringo. He's actually a sci-fi author whose novels I've read and enjoyed. The Last Centurion isn't so much a sci-fi novel as it is a Twenty Minutes Into The Future Near-Apocalypse Military Campaign tale. The story takes place in a supposed near future where a combination of a mini-ice age and a global pandemic strikes the

Hope ya feel better soon

I don't know... Try writing this story after having medicine. It's tagged comedy, so something good might happen. Then again, we all remember the debacle that took place with Pan. Do what you think is best.

Hope you get better soon!

Get well soon

Get well soon!

Health before MLP. Get well. I love the story and hope to see it continue, but not at the expense of your own health and general wellness.

Now go get some rest.

Hope it was just a bad batch of hay-fries..!
Take it easy, I can wait... Don't pay any mind to those buzzards circling overhead. They're just catching the warm updraft off of your outhouse. :applejackunsure:

While trying to not come down on you with too much vehemence this is your own fault.
You have been writing so much about Changelings that you caught a bug.

I regret nothing!

get better soon...
but not too soon,,,make sure everything is ok first...

Take your time and get well homie :fluttershysad:

Drink lots of fluids, eat bland foods (slowly), and get plenty of rest. And then drink more fluids. And more fluids. And then get more rest.

Then write more.

Edit: THIS.

Back in my day we collected husks of corn for the villagers to eat

2718745 you know what really fixes illness? Corn.

Get well soon! Hope you fully recover before you start working on the fanfic again.

Get well soon, dood! and stomach viruses are nothing compared to getting strep or tonsilitis at least three times a month.....Ugh. that was NOT fun.

2718887 you underestimate the power of alternative corn husk medicine.

2718906

Where I'm form this and a shot of tequila was the cure for every thingonlinepharmaciescanada.com/blog/files/2011/11/vapor-rub-uses.jpg

2719004 yes but how can you feed the villagers with that

heh that makes you and me both brother

My mom's personal cough medicine: Take a bottle of high-proof whiskey, add a whole lemon in it, let it sit for 15+ years, pour it over a spoof full of sugar - and pray it helps the medicine go down - and swallow. You won't cough again, lest you feel that again.

2719006 my people have been living off beans and rice for centuries. It's basically every where you go

Get well soon. :pinkiehappy:
