Good News and Bad News and VERY Bad News · 3:07pm Feb 4th, 2015

Well, if you haven't already noticed, I took down the monstrosity I wrote because I planned to go nowhere with it. To anyone who liked it, that's the bad news.

Good News is I finally got out of the MAJOR writer's block I had for my Star Wars Crossover and have started working on it again.

BUT now I have to put everything on hold.

Why?

I went to the Doctor yesterday to get a physical and blood work done and my test results came in that night.

I'm diabetic. With a high cholesterol level and apparently heart disease runs in my family as well as diabetes. I didn't know that until I asked my dad.

When I found that out last night I really freaked out. Honestly, I'm scared. I never really took too much time thinking about what I ate and I didn't exercise much.

Look where it got me, huh? Probably should have skipped that slice of cake last week. HA!

I'll be honest. I'm scared. I know it's not a death sentence but when I researched diabetes the list of things that can go wrong is long and frightening.

Between that news and school work piling up I won't have time to write for a bit. I need to get my health in check and overhaul my life so that I don't end up kicking it before my 40th birthday.

I thank you for your support in my stories. Trust me when I say that I loved to see that view count grow little by little.

Sorry, that I won't be updating for awhile.

To those following me or not, I really enjoyed your comments and your support helped encourage me to continue.

Once I get my life in control I will be back to writing. Hey, I even got a exercise schedule now.
