So in case you guys haven't noticed, I decided to make some major revisions to two of my stories chapters. Let me make it clear right now that they had nothing to do with EQD. I did this of my own accord. I feel that the chapters I edited didn't convey the necessary emotions I felt when writing them, so I worked to flesh them out a little more. Now, I'm a firm believer that you should only write what you need; as such, a 5,000 word long backstory wasn't going to happen. However, the additions I made help expand upon the relationship between Sunset Shimmer and Princess Celestia (very important since the latter was seeking to reconcile with the former); the difference between Adagio and Sunset (ignoring Searing, Sunset never wanted to hurt anyone while Adagio enjoys to make others suffer) and Sunset and Twilight (admittedly that one was nagging at me ever since I wrote it the first time.)
It's my desire to showcase the best possible story I can for you guys, which is why I love receiving your feedback. As Inspiration Manifestation shows us, constant praise can actually stifle your growth; sometimes you need criticism (provided it's done correctly. Don't go all Simon Cowell on me.)
Anyway, let me know what you guys think of the revisions. Also, as I said in the Tropes blog, I would like to do more with Searing one day. Just don't know how, what, or why.
