1) 8 downs 6 ups? Really! If i am doing something wrong then tell me.i know other stories, slightly filled with many mistakes, but me? i'll let you haters know that i am the best writer in my class. last year everyone knew how good i was so they strived to be my partner in writing assignments.So there is no reason why you can't comment on my story. i mean it only takes a few minutes or seconds from your life so really! o am really sorry if it's not you, but i swear to god i have to remind people to comment.
2) I have the first poller for the pic so until next week,or in advance, PM me or post in the comments. I'll be posting a blog about your oc's personality and such, unless you don't want me to so yeah. Remeber Go like or dislike my story, and COMMENT on my story and please reccogmend me to friends. Also say if they like my story then pretty please follow me cause i only have 28 followers, no where near 50.
Perhaps, you could join and add your story to more groups. That would advertise both yourself and your story. Another way to earn quick followers is by following lots of people. By lots, I mean LOTS (over 100).

Most people on FimFiction don't mean to be haters; they just want to give an honest opinion. If you are finding a lot of the comments to be negative and slightly discouraging, perhaps you should seek out an editor or pre-reader. It would be appropriate to proofread everything that you post: blog posts, stories, and comments. You could also mention in your story (if you have not already done so), that you would only encourage positive and optimistic feedback and comments. Be patient with your story, it takes time to gain readers. Be open to comments, from extremely positive and negative. It also may not be a good idea to keep asking for comments, likes or dislikes for your story, and followers, as some may find that annoying (personal opinion). I hope that helped
I agree, I never understood downvoting without saying what was wrong, heck I still don't downvote unless it's garbage. I'll give it a read and tell what I think.
