Greetings. Not sure how you managed to stumble across this place. Please pardon the dust. I know it's a lot.

So what's all this about?I wanted a fresh place where I can work on my latest crazy idea.

"Gardens of Equestria"

Ever since Fallout: Equestria came out, there have been mods for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. They vary in quality and scope. Personally, some of my favorites were texture mods. But my favorite one from Fallout 3 didn't have a New Vegas port. So after getting in contact with the original creator of the mod to ask his blessing, I decided to try to do it myself.

It was actually easier than I expected. A great deal easier. And then I began to wonder what else I could do. I started poking around, checking out what else was out there. And then I had an idea...what if I could create a "master texture pack" for all things Pony? Might be fun, right?

Well, you should know that I'm also an author. I'm not huge into Fan Fictions, usually. But my mind decided to start spinning out a story anyway. It started from one simple question: Why in blue blazes are there suddenly pony things all over the Wasteland? Why did Billboards change to talk about Ministries. Why did small artifacts appear in the Wasteland labeled after Ponies?

Pieces fell into place and the story grew...and grew...and grew...

And eventually, became a much bigger idea. Involving reinventing the companions from Fallout: Equestria in New Vegas. Not in Pony form, but human form. And not just because I feel like it...because something happened. Something unexpected. Something went wrong. They shouldn't be here...but they are.

Reality itself has changed...partially overlapped with the one from Fallout: Equestria.

And so that leads us to where we are now.

This particular part of the Gardens of Equestria Network (which I just named here on the spot) is designed to be my point of contact within the Fan Fiction Community. I'll be honest, in the past, I've had a somewhat casual disregard for fan fiction. Ironic, since so many of my own works and ideas began as fan fiction in one form or another. One of those even managed to get me my dream job, believe it or not. So I've been forced to eat my own foolish preconceptions...doubly so after reading Fallout: Equestria for myself.
