OK, I'm doing it, getting tired of being tired, Starting as soon as I finish this blog, I'm going to start working out at home and eating healthy !!
If anyone has any good tips or routines that they would like to share, please do. I'm a big guy, sadly around 250 lb, my goal is to drop 60-70 of that, wish me luck !
