As I am writing this, I have just recently spotted my story in the featured-box on FimFiction's front-page. Third place from the bottom.
I mentioned a few blog-posts back how I loved the fairly unrealistic idea of not partaking in any self-promoting activity and let quality be the only thing that would drag my product into the spotlight. Is this what's happening? Please let it be so.
This might not seem like much to a lot of you but it's something of a miracle for me. Thanks, everypony.
This is the message that managed to spawn from me pressing keys on the keyboard. Here's a narrative representation of how the current situation in my room is at this time (with artistic liberties taken).
"Abuh!?" the man exclaimed as he stared at the screen. A few moments later he tried again. "Aiue-bubuh?"
There was enough coherency left in his brain him to shakily remove himself from his computer and other delicate objects. There was a small collection of drool pouring from his mouth as he slowly stood up and walked over to the stereo.
He pressed a few buttons and turned the volume-knob upwards.
A beat started.
"MmmMM-HM!" a voice called from the speakers.
The man started moving rhythmically, and then a dance of sorts started. It shall not be described in writing.
From a new blocks down, people were slightly disturbed by the strange sounds coming from down the street.
"AO, she's a BRICK! NanaNA. HOUSE! Nae-nah nah!!"
Congratulations on the feature, I've enjoyed the story so far.

Grats on the Featured. Though, it is partly due to your like to dislike ratio, the other has to do with recently updated fix as that's what the bottom 3 slots are for. Regardless it is still awesome in my opinion.
