The state of me. August 2015 · 7:56am Aug 12th, 2015
First off: I should be putting more time into writing, but it just hasn't been a priority, more below. I'll try to put more time into writing, but right now I can't say how much time that will be. The next chapter of From Scratch is done... but I'm not entirely certain on it because there's a choice that needs to be made. I'll talk more about From Scratch in another blog, probably tomorrow.
As for me? The simple rundown is as follows:
-I have been dealing with a chronic pain issue, every day, for a year and a half. The good days are less pain, that goes away relatively quickly.
-I have visited 9 doctors trying to figure out what the cause is so we can at the very least minimize it. No one has successfully managed to give me a reason as to why I am in pain every day for 18 months, or offer any solutions that have helped.
-I just recently confirmed that my body is, once again, producing kidney stones, despite an overhaul in my diet and eating habits, meaning I have a whole new round of doctors visits in progress to try and figure out why this is happening so we can stop it.
-I have been very low energy in general and have not done much, hobby-wise, in this entire time. I have barely streamed, I have not written much, I mostly just pass time and hope my body decides to hate me less than usual on any particular day.
Good news:
-SGDQ went very well. We raised 1.2million dollars for Doctors Without Borders, my body mostly behaved, and I had a bunch of fun.
-My neighbors are very helpful...
-That's about it.

I understand having pains that just don't seem to be going away. Also doctors not being able to help, despite seeing plenty of them. I hope it works out for you. Take care!

Hey Kal! Wow, it has been a long while. How have things been with you for the past couple months? Things any better? Planning on going to SGDQ2016?
