No time. At all.

I can't even sit down and beat any video games anymore, much less read the ever growing amount of fanfics, WRITING fanfics, read the stockpile of books, finish all these TV shows I want to finish, or even hanging out with friends anymore.

My work is starting to grow very heavily on me, and so far I'm not getting anything productive or useful out of it, except skills that I would be able to acquire through a little dedicated tinkering in the programs I have to use. I'm losing sleep to work, and just having to keep up with the research to continue this work.

I'm thinking of just quitting, finding a nice, quiet and simple job as an employee at Target or some shit, earning an actual wage so I can finally find my own place, and then get free time to complete all the stuff that I started.

When your employees are thinking that even a cashier at McDonalds would be a better option for work, it would be wise to make some incentive to get them to stay.
