'The Sunshine Chronicles' Cancellation and Synopsis Part 3 · 5:47pm Oct 31st, 2015
Following the Changeling siege of Cloudsdale and driving back the attack, Sunshine and her new radical squadron are sent on a bold mission deep into the Badlands to capture the changeling queen responsible for the attack. Upon storming her throne room, they encounter a queen very much different from Chrysalis and the hive they fought in the past. With Shift leading the negotiations, the group learn that it was an Equestrian regiment that besieged their home first.
Knowing for certain the Equestria would never be the aggressor nation, Sunshine's squadron goes to bring this information to Celestia's attention. As they approach the borders of Equestria, the flight team comes under attack once again. There, they make a disturbing discovery.
Celestia, in their absence, has branded the Rascal Squadron traitors, and has placed a demand for their arrest for consorting with the enemy.
After a brief visit to assure her parents that the rumors are untrue, and a request to Mandy to uncover the truth, Sunshine takes her squadron and flees to the north. There, far beyond the reach of the Equestrian ally of Yakyakistan, they stumble upon an ancient city -- and a tribe of zebras, calling themselves the Sentries. These are the same Sentries that so long ago, Rainbow Dash proved herself to to reach the Well of Miracles, and they knew that the day would come where she would come seeking them.
Mandy, in the meantime, gains access to the hall of the princesses. Listening into Celestia's personal room, her sharp hearing allows her to hear the princess converse with an unknown entity. Before she can hear more, however, Princess Luna pulls her aside. Acknowledging that something strange is happening, Princess Luna says that she believes her sister has become blinded by a powerful force from ancient days.
Together, the two steal away to the Far North, in search of her long-lost sister, watched by an unknown entity.
This is getting better!!!!
