After the mediocre to lukewarm response to my newest story, I'm having doubts about continuing it. I have a lot planned, but if so few people are going to enjoy it, I wont have the motivation to continue. So I want an opinion from my watchers and other followers.

Dude, keep it going. You shouldn't worry about how few people actually came out and said it was good and just worry about writing. You shouldn't let your creativity be stammered by lack of positive feedback. I really enjoyed what I've read of part one of the first chapter even though I haven't stated it nor have I had free time to continue reading it, but that doesn't mean I don't like it. Actually, I like it so much I favorited it after only the prologue witch by the way was so intense.
I find most stories that receive tremendous views on this site stem from shipping and stories that are darker or evil in a sense don't get the attention they deserve. But as always that JMO. I do hope you keep it going though. It's hard to find stories of your style any where on this site. 
What really matters is, you enjoy writing this story? if the answer is yes, then proceed
My personal taste avoids, in usually Tragedy, Sad or Dark tags, nevertheless I will continue reading, I know that probably or twilight or rainbow or some other of the mane 6 will die, I'll go on sad mode for a few hours, but I'll survive

It's been a very well-written emotional rollercoaster of a fic so far, and if you think you can keep it up, then by all means continue! It's a very well-written story, and I honestly think it's very underrated.

Okay, I will read it (eventually, I'm sorry, but I have a lot on my plate currently) and I encourage you to continue writing it, even if it did have a "lukewarm" reception. As long as you like it, and have ideas for it, then you should write it.
