Okay, so I'm not sure if there is much interest for it, but just so people are aware:
1.) I am almost done with the first chapter. It is looking to be about 10K words thus far.
2.) In a way, I am hoping that it reads somewhat as a children's story; I want it to seem like I am getting into the mind of a colt in regards to overreactions and general observations and fears, etc.
3.) I have done a complete outline of about 51 scenes. Given how I plan to use descriptions, the intention is that each chapter will most likely be in between 7K-10K words.
4.) Does anyone know of any artists in particular who can do commissions that seem almost ethereal? As though it were a watercolor painting? Something reminiscent of "Child of Light". (If I want people to see this, I may as well spring for a neat picture, while I'm at it, right?)
5.) I guess I should be hyping it somehow; maybe through showing what kid of characters I have planned and how I intend to recycle Celtic imagery in the story, but I might, depending on the feedback from the first chapter.
Anyway, to those who still remember, it is coming. I like the story overview; I think it is something unique and unlike most other adventure stories on this site. Add to that the little World Building that has been done in the Breezie world may work to my favor.
