I was originally going to write on all the different sources of inspiration, but then a thought struck me. There are so many ways to be inspired, that it is simply impossible to even summarize the mysterious forces that cause us to write. I want you ponies to proudly post what inspired you to write your stories and share these stories with all of Equestria, I want to know what drove you to spend hours behind your keyboard, I want to come out of the hole of ignorance and be filled with knowledge of the drive to write.
