You're gonna have to explain what you mean, good sir. I really don't know what you think or assume is photoshopped in the picture. I used Photoshop to splice two different photos I took on my laptop's camera, yes, but I haven't used effects. I'm not that competent with Photoshop unless it's for drawing my art or making my animations on.
