I kinda fell off the face of the Earth have I?
I have a long explanation but let me simplify it. I moved out on my own, got a job, bit off more than I could chew, and ended up going to work for 10-12 hours, then college, and sleeping 2-3 hours a day for 8 months. Then I woke up one day and quit, got a college loan, and now I'm caught up on my sleep. At least I think.
This is really embarrassing, considering I basically took a bunch of Bronycon audiobook commissions before I burned out. The good news is that I haven't forgot them. Matter of fact, I just streamed 3 hours where I finished a reading from start to finish, and I intend to keep doing that until they're all done.
For those of you wondering in the technical sense, "What the fuck?", I intend to work as hard as I can over the spring break (this week) to get as much done as I can on the commission front. Anyone who is tired of waiting or no longer wants their commission, please send me a PM for a full refund. Otherwise, I appreciate your patience beyond any words of explanation. While that money was 8 months ago, it helped get me to Bronycon back when I didn't have a dollar to my name, and helped me have a blast. If you need that money due to something happening or have burnt out of the fandom as I have and don't care about horses, let me know.
Insofar as pone, I stopped watching after the first half of S5. I think I'll get back into it. I like writing. I always have. But I think it's also time to look beyond the horizon. Overwatch captured my eyes and I'm loving that lore, but pony will always be my first love. Voice acting is also a love of mine, so those wondering if I'm not going to be putting 100% into these readings, that will not be the case.
So that's what happened so far. I burnt out for a while but I think I'm ready to start making content again. Whatever that is, whether it's on the main channel or something else, I'll see where my motivation takes me. Those who still want me to do readings, I think I'll still do that for a while, even besides my commissions. There's something about reading that I enjoy.
Anyway, thank you to everyone who has put up with me and not called for my head yet. Any questions or personal things can be directed at me in a message.
My sympathies to you, I've never even attempted to juggle a job and education, don't think I could handle it. Good on you for making it this far/long and good luck to you on getting back on the pony.
welcome back!
whyz ur pone white :B
4473799 I like it more :p
Glad things're more stable now. It's understandable schooling and job would come first, and kudos for not going completely nuts as so many of us would (and have) juggling the two together.
As for the readings, I figured something like this was probably going on. Glad you're getting back into the grooby, but take your time. It's all groovy
