And for those wondering what the human mane 6 are going to look like when coming through the portal, well...
Still working on that. I've only figured out AJ, Rarity, and Flutters, which I'll describe below.
AJ: greenish-gold (along the lines of a golden delicious apple) coat, with a red mane. Cutie Mark of an Apple tree.
FS: pale pink coat and a blonde mane. Cutie Mark of a pet bed.
R: Palate switch, purple coat with a white mane. Cutie Mark of a diamond shaped kite shield.
I'll work out Dash and Pinkie later. They won't show up in tonight's chapter anyway since tonight and tomorrows are going to be occurring somewhat concurrently. Names for their across the mirror forms for all five remaining are tough. Flutter shy will be willing to listen to whichever, Rarity will probably attempt to have something grand, and AJ will probably have worked something out with Pony AJ from graduation. Dash may not want to be called anything else and Pinkie, well.......
We'll cross that bridge when we get there.
For Pinkie, no change in coat/mane colors, but the pony-ized human's cutie mark should be something to do with catering, maybe a chaffing dish or something.
Rainbow? Darker coat and reverse the colors in her mane/tail. I.E. red on the right to green on the left.

My reasons are that while there are some, small admittedly, differences between the human and pony versions of AJ, Rarity and Flutters (mostly all the crap the pony versions have gone through to this point, imo), both Rainbows and Pinkies are nearly identical in personality, so the differences would be smaller.

I'm admittedly very tempted to let human Pinkie look identical and have all the human girls try to keep her away from Pony Pinkie for fear of them trying to blow stuff up...
