I made an art thing · 7:40pm Apr 19th, 2017
I was bored and made an art sketch of Lee Roy thought to post it here.
Please don't kill yourselves laughing.
In making this I now have new respect for people that make art this took longer then I thought and even longer to find a way to post the thing.
Alright back to writing.
Its better then anyfing i can do ;-;
I can't draw anything more advanced than a stick figure. So good on you :)
The only issue is that it is on paper and that the picture was taken I guess with camera. Otherwise if you could scan it, I think it would look much cleaner.
...I can't do that myself. I'll stick with abusing vectors.

What are vectors? I could scan this? Why do you use words I don't understand.

Thank you
4502248 Allow me to explain myself then.
First let's start with vectors, at least in this context. The MLP show is made by manipulating existing shapes (vectors) instead of drawing lines in photoshop or GIMP. Here is a dedicated Deviant Art Group that hosts wide section of pony vectors and tutorials. Program used to edit vectors is Inkscape but there are others.
You see each body part on a pony is an object that can be rotated, colored, shaped and so on. So vector art is much easier to use for editing ponies in MLP art style.
As for scan? Well um that is really simple. You use scanner to scan a real life picture or piece of paper and then it turns the scanned image into file picture. Didn't you ever copy something before?

I'll read up on these vectors, they sound cool
I have used a copier for written works, I have never scanned artwork before never knew I could do that - now I feel old
