Hello, dear readers and followers!
Today is my 22nd birthday, and my transition from student to adult has, after a lot of difficulties, started to bear fruit! This Wednesday, I received a call that I'd been waiting for: I have officially been hired at a job that I'd really been hoping to get, a corrections officer at a facility in South Burlington! I start work on the 31st with a week of shadowing, followed by five weeks of Academy training. I'm really nervoucited to get started!
The downside of this is, I may not have as much time as I'd like in the future to write. I'm keeping optimistic, but the unfortunate fact is, depending on how busy I am, I may have to alter the publishing schedule for Ponyville Noire from weekly to every other week, or when a chapter is available. I mean even have to put it on hiatus so I can take the time to get ahead with the writing like I plan to do.
Maybe it'll turn out well, maybe not. In any case, I plan to enjoy my birthday and prepare for a future career in corrections! And don't worry, I have no plans on discontinuing my writing, no matter what happens.
