The reason is simple, I've gotten some wisdom form JackRipper, because of that, I was pretty much re-working the three chapters I had for my story. But sadly, when I gotten PoisonClaw to proofread the story, I made one grave mistake: I hadn't re-worked the first chapter, let alone replaced it with another document that I was making. In other words, what a total fog up.
So now He most likely thinks I'm trolling, even know I would never troll. My story was suffering from so much that I took it off, it's still there, just not present for you guys.
Poison if you're reading this; keep in mind, I may have been hit by my own foolishness, and perhaps even any given hate(Even know I don't know where the hate is, no one really expressed it.) I'm getting a backseat, but like Rocky--if you beat him down, he'll get right back up. Though with me, I don't get up instantly, I do take time at least. When my story comes back, It'll have a soft re-release. For now I'm going to answer the questions that you may have(Now I'm just assuming that people don't read this).
You know what... never mind.

No, I don't think you're trolling. Your willingness to improve is proof enough that you aren't.
It's alright that your first few stories aren't successful, that's just a part of the process of becoming a better author.

I mean by delving into the main character's Psyche. As well as putting a close to the whole "Sequel is a soft reboot of a dead fimfic" thing, and move on from such.
Basically it delves into what I call meta. Now that I think about it, I might end up breaking the fourth wall a lot... Well that's something that I need to think about.
I'm thinking of having one of the flaws of my story be part of his character.

I've said this once and I'll say it again, you cannot create a character without building them up and expect everyone to understand who he is. Your pacing is far too fast, and you're attempting to create a mountain out of an anthill right now.

No, just, start simple. Think about what the audience knows vs. what you know. Right now, they know nothing, so start with the simple stuff. Make him enigmatic and don't reveal too much at once, reveal who he is through dialogue and action, not exposition. Pace yourself and outline how you want to write each chapter.

Yeah... I feel so short minded when It comes to writing my characters.
I did have a draft where I was experimenting with what you said about Samneo being mysterious, and his character is shown. I had the draft copied, I was gonna paste it, but stupid me forgot it when shutting off my PC.
