For the record... I don't believe that Twilight was acting OOC - out of character - during this scene.
Yes, using her friends as a distraction was wrong, as well as snapping at Pinkie, but it was only because the pressure was getting to Twilight after everything that had happened so far
She even realized what she did was wrong, and tried to apologize, but the damage was already done...
When Pinkie doesn't want to talk to you, you know you've messed up... and she's not necessarily mad at Twilight, she just never imagined would have ever said those words to her - "Well, maybe I would've been better off without friends like you!"
And her friends are only leaving her because they figured Twilight needed some time to herself...
Now, if Spike had gone with them, then THAT would've made me think of OOC, but thankfully, that didn't happen, and we got to see him try and comfort Twilight.
Also, Twilight and Pinkie's VAs both deserve awards for their perfomances in this scene, especially when you have Twilight like this...
Plus, it might just be me, but I'm pretty sure that Stardust and Casey can relate to Twilight in this scene
Stardust himself would be awfully conflicted, both concerned and disappointed in her, unsure what to even think.
