New Year... · 5:18pm Jan 9th, 2018
It's been a couple of years since I catched a glimpse of Zeus' world and felt the burning desire to write a part of said world, commencing with bursts of chapters, images of my characters and cross after cross... now I barely post anything. Heck, the last chapter I writed was almost a year ago!
The saddest part is that is not only me, the whole group has gone silent.
I know life is a big determinant when writing a story, but when going from months to years of silence things are definitely not going well.
So I have one thing to say: SCREW ALL OF THAT I AM FINISHING MY STORY STILL!
Is not like I like been silent all this time, but is really freaking hard to keep going when there is little to no recognition from the people reading these works, you know? Those we write for. At least I can speak from my own experience. It takes a lot to write chapters as longs as the ones I do, and is quite soul crushing to expend all that time for a bunch of ingrates who doesn't give a miselly comment. I am not expecting a long text of wall or a c*ck s*uck but a least a couple of words of appreciation! Let us know we are just wasting our time here God damn it!!
On that note, thank you to those few who actually spend a couple of seconds of their time to prise this work of mine, thank you, it is because of you I didn't fully forgot about this.
Now, I won't lie. I was planning to just give up and forget about this whole ordeal and move on with my life... but then I got some 'encouraging words' from an unexpected source: an anime.
Has anyone heard/watched Re:Creators? If you did then you know where the shoots will be aimed at. But for those who don't know, Re:Creators is a love letter to everyone who decides to made content of any kind (despite the absurd yet well developed premise) and encourage them to care for their 'worlds' despite the hardships been a creator implies. To keep going not only to be famous or recognised, but for one's very self.
So I been thinking over it and over again.
I will complete this work, not only for those who read, for my characters who deserve an end, for me who deserves a closure so we can move on.
I won't be as detailed as before and will rush a few things up, sorry in advance, but will keep trying to make the story enjoyable nevertheless.
That's it, my new year's resolve is, between a shit ton of other things IRL, to finish this story.
And maybe do that side story I had on my head for ages now.

You know, I've been most patient for the next chapter of your story and Zeus' story too. You have done phenomenally well with it so far too! That's my recognition for it.
Damnit i need to do that editing! I completely forgot again. I will say, though, if you can find the motivation to do that (which is real admirable must say) i will do my best to be caught up and helping with new chapter by the end of the month.
Your story was one of my favorites.
I have to admit that my motivation to be here, as well as write went downhill during the second have of 2017.
I would attribute that all the good games that came out during that time..
Hopefully this drought will help my find some semblance of motivation again
One of my problems is that I've got a list of stories to read and I'm going through the completed ones first, with only a few exceptions. Nevertheless, I am one of the few people who still keeps an eye on this group. It's a shame it's gone so quiet lately.
I can’t wait! I’m hoping to see this group revived this year and back on the roll it was on during the first half of last year.
