It has been two years since the last blog and.... Yeah.

Anyway, I'm writing this blog to say what's going on and why Appearance of the New is on Hiatus. For the second part, Appearance is on hold as I recollect my thoughts on it, mainly because I'm on a writer's block and try don't want to fuck it up. I haven't abandon it, just want to work on other projects, mainly one-shots and one chapter story.

Certainly, I'm working on these stories, four one-shots and one chapter story, the others are just concept ideas at the moment. I'll give you the tags and the summaries to what they are:

Log 2558:

Summary:

Dr. Fell's Log 2558 from Operation New Gaia.

Friends between a Door:
Tags: Sad, Human (What?!), AU with additional tags of Uplifting and Sweets, character tags are Flurry Heart, OC, Celestia, Cadence, Luna.
Summary:

Princess Flurry Heart is spending time with her aunties for a brief holiday. She'll be enjoying the sights of Canterlot, the company of family and the chance of making new friends.
Like the voice behind a door, where no pony is allowed to enter.

You are my Son:
Tags: Sad, Human (That's new) and AU, with the character tags Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Twilight and OC.
Summary:

After the war, the victors banished the invaders to their homeland empire for trying to steal their magic.
In the aftermath of defeating their Mighty King, the Princess of the Sun found her beloved outside warrior on the brink of death, body broken from the King's mace. Before he died, the Princess told him that she was with child, his child and that their child will forever be loved by his mother's family to the end of time. Naming the child Ingcraes Faust, in honour of his father's name and mother's surname.
... That truly is a lovely story, right?

The Odd Job:
Tags: Sex, Comedy, Slice of Life, Human (Never did that before) with the character tags OC, Cadence, Shining Armour, Adult Flurry Heart and Chrysalis.
Summary:

Theodore Whitgaze. An information-broker for hire was given a job by the former Queen of the Changelings: Hole-legs as he nicknamed her. His task was to gather some very important informations about the rulers of the crystal empire and their daughter to one day use in her great evil plan.
Personally, Theodore doesn't care about that but rather the big bag of bits he was offered if he accepted this job. Of which, he did....Without knowing what he was getting himself into.

Summary:

Within the halls of Canterlot Castle, many advisors and representatives helps the Royal Family to keep the peace and prosperity of their kingdom.
Each advisor and representative has their own goals and purposes, but all remains loyal to their rulers. All excepted the last prince of the Unicorn Royal Family: Prince Blueblood.
With their distrust to the prince and with only a minority supporting him. Blueblood has to rely on his allies in the constant shifting of political power to ever have the chance of achieving his lifetime goal.

So yeah, this is just an update on what's going on and to clear some heads. Thank you all.
