Imagine if this creature, SCP-049 - Plague Doctor came to Equestria.
Something about this interests me.
The Plague Doctor seems like a villain, but it thinks it's doing a good work.
Then again, what if the Pestis existed and the Plague Doctor is right?
How would Twilight Sparkle deal with this creature?
Then again, I'm kinda tired writing about Ms. Sparkle.
Did about three or four stories with her.
But, she would make an interesting counterpoint to the Plague Doctor.
Or maybe the Plague doctor sees something that we cannot.
The Pestis may not be a threat for us either.
There is an interesting thing here, a disease that people can't detect but the Plague doctor can sense it.
Then again, the story would be interesting even if the Plague Doctor is wrong.
I find it interesting that there is a lot of ambiguity here to play with.
There also is a chance that the story might be better off as an original story.
Not sure.
