My father died last Wednesday.

As I type this, it has been one week and about 2 hours. I got the call at 9:05 am that his heart had just stopped, and they called him deceased at 9:48 am. I'd gotten there around 9:40 and I asked why in the hell were they still working on him?

Welp, it's that time of year again.

It's crazy how real that video is, and the old aspec ratio makes it feel so authentic. I'll be gone for a week, with any luck I'll be on the road no later than 2pm today. That leaves me with enough time to get to the *best* meatmarket in Michigan, Narskey's.

Odds of me killing a deer: 1 in 10,000.
Odds of me killing a beer: 24 in 24.
Odds of me writing a ponyfic while I'm up there about the mane six going to deer camp: Yes.
