"Hey Twilight, wanna hang out?" questioned Rainbow Dash, hoovering behind her.
Twilight had been calmly engrossed in one of her favorite books, when all of a sudden, Rainbow Dash was behind her. She let out an eep of a surprised shriek. "RAINBOW!" she replied, flushing as she turned herself around. "Sure, when? But do you think you could be so kind as to at least warn me before you just appear out of nowhere."
"I didn't. I've been here for like twenty seconds now, and you were ignoring me," Rainbow Dash pouted. Twilight blinked. Had she really been here that long, and she just didn't notice? It was possible...
"Alright so what did you want to do?" questioned Twilight Sparkle, putting her book away, after bookmarking her spot.
"Well you know. I've kind of been itching to go on an adventure just like Daring Do does!" exclaimed Dash, as she did some stunts from the book, acting like she herself was Daring Do, she ended up landing on her rump with a thud.
"I mean, that sounds swell Rainbow, but you do know we can't just go off on an adventure whenever we feel like it. We have duties to uphold."
"Aww, come on. Just let me have this one. There's this new museum of Daring Do artifacts on the way..." she smirked, knowing just how to make Twilight jump.
"Oh? Really? How fascinating!," Twilight exclaimed, clapping her hooves with glee. She found herself flushing awkardly as Rainbow Dash grinned at her.
"So...you...me....adventure?"
"Oh...alright. You win this time." Twilight said.
"AWESOME. This is going be awesome."

Rainbow Dash has a crush on Twilight and decides to take her on an epic adventure to tell her how she feels, but when the two wind up mixed up in a real Daring Do adventure, will Dash and Twilight be able to form a bond while fighting for their lives?

I might be game for pre reading, really liked how the story was going originally and I think you're off to a great start with the rewrites
But Twilight didn't answer, because it's really quite difficult to hear somepony speaking over a running vacuum cleaner.
