More updates before September · 5:39pm Aug 27th, 2020
1.) My open poll on Patreon is currently online, and will be active until the end of this month. If you want to cast a vote for one of my fall-themed, Patron-suggested stories to be made in September, I recommend you check it out here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/40848394
2.) As some of you may have noticed, Showing His Place: Sacrifice is currently on Hiatus until further notice. I was informed from my commissioner that due to unexpected issues, he temporarily won't be able to fund the story. I know that there were at least a few chapters left in the story, and we already have the overall fic planned out content-wise. So unless the story is willing to be funded by somebody else, I'm going to put this story on hold for the time being.
3.) I have officially created my own Discord group, which will premiere at the beginning of September alongside the new Patreon month. It's also going to be connected to my Patreon page, so the link will only be available for members of my Official Patreon page.
Aww man, I was really enjoying it. That said hope things work out for the commissioner, these are stressful times for all atm
Edit: how much was each chapter btw, I remember you were saying about putting prices up. Might not be able to pay myself but I’m curious

Well, the regular rate I'm holding for stories runs at around $15 per thousand words. And I already know the next chapter would be around 15K words in the least, so $300 would have to be the base rate.

Yeaah....might have to wait for the commisioner on this one 💰
Sorry you weren't able to hold out against the pressure. I guess we can expect the usual pattern of being increasingly influenced by a small Discord in-crowd affecting to represent “the community” (and presumably keeping you on the “right side of history”).

Ummm... What are you talking about? I'm doing just fine right now. Sacrifice's latest chapter was funded, and my new Discord group is going really well.

Here's hoping that "going well" means "contrary to the stereotypical pattern".
