The passing of the torch ceremony from Captain Gibraltar to newly promoted Captain Shining Armor is overshadowed by a long-expected marriage proposal, as well as a bout of mania from his younger sister Twilight Sparkle. That bout of mania gives the infiltrating Changeling enemies chance to spread disinformation, leaving Equestria confused about the true effects of Discord's release as new resistance groups begin to gather their strength...
