Yesterday, I posted this question, and as of 08:10 GMT nobody has gotten the answer. Well, I'll tell you;
Vanessa Hudgens!
To explain;
In 2004, Hudgens portrayed the character of Tin-Tin in the live action Thunderbirds movie (this was before she was famous).
In 2006, Hudgens appeared in High School Musical as Gabriella Montez, the role for which she is best known.
Around the same time, the infamous Chris Chan claimed to be in contact with Hudgens, who he claimed was interested in him and wanted to date. To nobody's surprise, it turned out 'Vanessa' was a troll.
Finally, Hudgens is the voice of Sunny Starscout in the upcoming MLP movie.
