How can I Do something When MY ANKLE IS HEALING, Then when I went to bed my Right leg acts ups and stops when a put some Trauma Relief on it.

I hadn't tell my family about it for almost a month. I was hoping they talk to me about it but they seem to forgot it.

Not to mention My Ankle is still sore and it spreading
