Hello everyone!
Sorry for the lack of messages, real life has been hitting me hard and has kept me busy.
I hope you're having a merry christmas so far! Just a little message to assure that I'm still about and that my co-writer Recon777 is nearing completion on the final chapter.
I don't want to make firm commitments, but we're tentatively hoping to be ready for publishing by the end of the year. So something to look forward to!
Consider me hyped!
Well, I’m certainly excited for the last chapter of Flurry’s story. Hope you, your co-writer, and your respective families have an amazing Christmas and New Year!
This has been such a long time coming, with so many challenges both in the story and in real life... I can hardly believe it's nearly finished!
Chapter 24, working title Endings and Beginnings has been just incredible. Most of the actual writing has been done in the last month or so, as the time previous to this was mostly spent on theory and discussion, trying to make sure that we were in sync regarding how the story should end, and importantly, how it should set up for the remainder of the saga.
Some of the text has just been ideas in our heads for so long that actually seeing it written up is a bit mind blowing and a bit humbling. Now, it's just the final section of the chapter and then we'll run it past our editors for a quick clean-up and then slam that "Complete" button!
This will be a fairly long chapter, as it is already sitting at 8100 words with one section left to write. Will be such a relief to publish.
Good things are worth waiting for.
