Finally.
After months of struggle, roughly 6 drafts stuck at a wretched 1.5k words, unable to get any further, draft after draft…I finished drafting a story. It’s a very rough draft, and not even that long (3.2k pre-edits-and-expansions) but I think once it’s polished, it’ll shine. This represents such a victory for my mental health, focus, and writing skills. I still struggle every single day, but this proves that I can still write.
Editing will ensue over the next week or two, then I’ll post it here. I will share with you the working title: Pizza Night. And I will share one character in it: Wind Sprint.
It’s a very…silly story, but it still aims to be cute and punny. I think you all will like it.
It’s not a sequel to any of my current stories, but don’t worry; I haven’t dropped those.
Also, I’m almost at 300 followers. How’d that happen? I’m excited nonetheless. I might do something special once I hit 300. I’d like to thank everyone for being here and suffering through my long silence, struggles, and vents. The content gap will soon finally be closed.
