January 15th, 2014. A veil of light spans across the United States of America. As the citizens stare in amazement at what is certainly a once in a lifetime phenomenon, the entire country is ripped physically out of its place on Earth and sent to a new world, a world known as Equus. Now with 312 million Humans and their country trapped in completely unknown territory with no way home, they must do what Humanity has done for centuries that has allowed it to become a force of nature. A sudden and powerful magical event consumes all of Ponyville in the space of a few moments, and when Twilight and her friends come to, they find the landscape around them quite different. And the world they discover, to be devoid of magic and inhabited by strange beings.

One of these beings is Asher Burgess, the oldest son of the family whose secluded, Colorado ranch has suddenly become the location of an entire town of alien creatures overnight. Their lives are changed forever as they find themselves the link between the ponies and their own nation.

Bewildered by this new world, things start getting more urgent as more of the Equestrian world arrives piece by piece, and not all of it is so friendly. Searching for answers, Asher, Twilight, and the rest of the gang stumble onto more questions, and uncover an amazing secret. One that could either save them all, or doom both worlds to annihilation.

(Set just after the events of season 3 finale. Diverges from there, movie has no effect.)

My attempt at a more serious 'Luna meets Neil Armstrong' storyline. What would really happen, both on the moon and on Earth? Inspired by 'The Eagle has Landed' by CyanBlackStone.

Princess Luna has found herself on a very different moon after some strange force interfered with her banishment. She doesn't know what the metal objects that keep orbiting and sometimes landing there are, but she wants to find out. Meanwhile, Neil Armstrong believes that being the first man on the moon will be the crowning achievement of his life. Hoo boy, is he ever in for a surprise.

Tirek. Discord. The Changelings.

The ponies have faced all these threats, and triumphed, but things could have been handled better. Princess Celestia knows this better than most. She knows that to face threats even greater than Tirek, greater than Discord, the ponies need allies. They need friends to turn to when the chips are down and the mad gods and cruel tyrants are on the horizon

She and Princess Twilight Sparkle travel to the Griffon Kingdom to meet the Griffon King. They seek to negotiate a formal treaty, something more than a rudimentary "You stay in your yard, we'll stay in ours." If the Changelings invade, or Tirek is once more a threat, it will not only be the ponies standing against them, but the griffons as well. It's only logical, after all. The griffons and the ponies share a border. They share ideas. They share refugees and concepts and cultures. And there haven’t been any major hostilities since the Pony-Griffon War. That was almost a thousand years ago.

It is logical to enter an alliance, but politics aren’t always about logic. Sometimes they are about past crimes, mistakes, and tragedies. Sometimes, past grudges simply can't be let go.

A mysterious Unicorn makes a portal to the Mojave Wasteland, the balance of power in the Mojave is slowly shifting to an unknown force.

A power even stronger than Mr. House, even stronger than the NCR or Caesar's Legion. Factions from all over are being wiped out, there was no one to stop this threat.

The Wasteland would need an army.

Or a trigger happy mailman and an ex-unicorn with magic.

This is just a side project for a friend and to keep my writing skills(like I have any) sharp until I can figure out how the hell I'm going to finish the new chapter of Why Rainbows Make Me Cry.

Caught in the midst of a riot, "you" are somehow caught and ripped from reality. You wake up in a strange land that really seems like it's straight out of a kid's cartoon with...talking...horses?

What the hell is going on?

The hive is in celebration. The invasion goes well, and soon all Equestria will surely fall. The victorious changeling soldiers will be covered in wealth and glory, and poor young Thorax fears the war will end before he can enlist.

It does not.

Ocellus grew up in a dark cave all he life with nothing but natural bioluminescence of the hive's glowing fungi. Now that she is enrolled in Twilight's school of friendship, she had discovered a brand new form of light.

Lamps.

They are really pretty too....

Let's face it, Thorax is a trooper.

Not because he survived getting his love eaten by Chrysalis then took over the Changeling Empire, but because he managed to survive in the Crystal Empire with Phototaxis.

How will Thorax strive to fix something ingrained in his Biology? Will he stop getting distracted by Shiny things?

This story is inspired by the Lamp meme.

The year is 1943, Germany has so far lost all three key battle to turn the tide of the war into their favor. They know that they are losing and are desperately looking for a solution for the situation. When a German scientist say that he has a solution, Berlin is all ears. The solution, a peaceful country in another world. Its time for the iron eagle to strike down on its new prey and bring the war with it.

(Authors note: I am not a Nazi or anything like that just so you know. I have just always been a fan to alternative timeline stories and I am also a huge fan when it comes to World War 2 fiction as well so I deiced to write my own story about it for a change. And what better way is there then inserting ponies into the mix.
