This story is a sequel to A Noble Death

For the former Spartan Noble Six, life after death no longer holds any mysteries. Finding herself in the aftermath of a war against the changelings that she had brutally finished, Six has to contend with one of the greatest challenges a soldier can face: walking away from war.

Only a month after the Changeling-Pony War ended, another changeling monarch appears in Canterlot. King Phasmatodea of the Fifth Hive, a complete unknown to pony and changeling alike. Battleworn and rich with mysteries, knowledge, and artifacts, King Phasma catches the eye of both the Princesses of Equestria and Six. To the Princesses, he is the ticket to preventing a future war with the changelings. To Six, this King Phasma seems to be more important than any native she has met, for he claims to be something that Six swore she would never see again: another human.

In this story you are going to read about everything I think that is great about this two universes and how I think that both could work together since they have certain similarities (characters, adventures), I do love that for example in Soul Eater every adventure is not what it looks like, and how in MLP they can still improve themselves and be better.
Previous knowledge of MLP is needed but the Soul Eater universe will suffer changes and I will explain everything inside.

A long time ago in another Galaxy, there was a war. A station known as Babylon Four had to be sent back in time to fight this war. Many years after Sinclar gave the station to the Minbari it had been drifting in space after all this time. During the new war between humanity and the Shadows. A Vorlon planet killer finds the station adrift. It uses its planet-killing weapons to fire at the station.

The blast caused the time device connected to the station's core to turn back on and teleport to another galaxy. The station causes a magical disturbance that causes the gates of Tartarus to crack causing Cerberus the defender of the gates to die. To counter this Equestria goes through a technology boost to counter this and then go to the station.

2000 years later the station is now a staging ground to fight a new threat in the galaxy. A threat of the army of Disharmony and Harmony fighting each other with the ponies in the middle. Now with Twilight and a new group of elements to fight and defend this galaxy to fight for harmony in all of the Galaxy.

Due to a magical mishap, Pinkie goes to another world and encounters some robotic beings known as Murder Drones. Pinkie quickly befriends one of them, but the others soon see her as new prey. However, they will learn the hard way that there is more to this pony than meets the eye.

Inspired by Duel of the Fates and MLP : EqG x Star Wars crossover video. Two brothers, both fans of Star Wars and My Little Pony, died in a horrific plane crash. While they could have gone to Heaven, a stranger offered them a second chance in life, to reincarnate in a Universe of their choosing. While both brothers considered to be reborn in the Star Wars Universe, one of them wanted to be reborn in the My Little Pony Universe. While they were trying to decided which Universe to be born in, the stranger offer to add aspects from the My Little Pony, Halo and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Universes. However, someone or something interfered with the reincarnation process. How will their actions affect a galaxy at war.

One million years ago, in the year 2017 A.D., humanity discovered two new types of radiation that were being emitted from an unknown region up in space. Using the Hubble space telescope, scientists were able to discover that the radiation was being emitted from an asteroid, which was on a direct collision path with Earth. 

These two newly discovered radiation types were dubbed Keifer's radiation (later nicknamed harmonic radiation) and Chaotic radiation. Keifer's radiation was found to be completely harmless to humans and animals, although it was later discovered that Keifer's radiation tended to be attracted to certain animals. Chaotic radiation, on the other hand, was found to be extremely harmful to humans in large amounts, causing fatal mutations to humans. 

The discovered asteroid was found to be over twice as big as the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs. In the year 2018, scientists predicted that the radiation was expected to reach fatal, critical levels by the year 2027. The asteroid itself was estimated to only crash into Earth one thousand years later, long after the rest of humanity would be wiped out by the lethal Chaotic radiation.

As a result of this, world leaders got together and began construction of Utopia, a large underground bunker, capable of housing four hundred thousand people, two thousand from each country. The chosen few were gathered together within Utopia and would be the last of humanity.

However, the radiation was estimated to have a half life of at least 1,000,000 years. This led world governments to invest heavily in suspended animation and cryogenic technology. And finally, in the year 2024, the first cryogenic pod was invented, capable of freezing someone for an infinite amount of time, without the need for sustenance, as long as there was a power supply.

Exactly one million years later, the humans reemerged to begin recolonisation... only to find several sentient species currently inhabiting the planet that they once had absolute, unchallenged authority over. 

One of them was humanity, which was able to recolonise and repopulate the planet from the few members of the human race that managed to survive the Second Flood, long before the Utopians woke up. But there was something wrong, humanity was being used as slaves by the ponies and several other species.

How will humanity answer to the fact that Planet Earth (now renamed Equus) is no longer theirs? Will they make peace with the locals, or will they attempt to wipe them off the face of the planet with their stockpile of nuclear weapons, that were there for the very purpose of reinstating human rule if another creature evolved to their level?

Beyond Earth Phoenix Rising

Spartan II Sierra-117 Master Chief with his new Ai partner Cortona 2.0 made from the orginal data of the Chief's old Ai partner are in for a new dangerous adventure as a new enemy known as the Theradons have taken over an alternate Earth being the Pokémon World. But a shocking discovery is revealed as an old foe from the distant past has risen from the dead in the form of the Prophet of Truth as the remains of the Orginal Covenant and combined with the remains of Storm Covenant to form the Neo Covenant with the Theradons as a part of it. But as Chief and his Blue Team backed up by Agent Locke and Fireteam Osiris along with other Spartan teams a feet of 29 ships from the Elites and UNSC the Forunners had also expanded into several different dimensional universes each one with different Earths, but made portals to the Ark as the Halo Rings also act as portals to other dimensions.

A new Human-Covenant war is about to ignite as the Elites and the Human Race face their most dangerous battle yet. A war that is fought in not just other planets, but also different dimensions. Will Chief and Cortona 2.0 alongside the Arbiter and their new allies stop a resurrected Prophet of Truth and his insane goal of activating the Halo Rings? And who is behind this mass resurrection?! A darker force greater than the Flood or worse?

(This story is an alternative outcome if Chief was able to bring the fragment of the Orginal Cortona to her senses and Doctor Halsey used the fragment's data to create a updated version of Cortona in Halo 5: Guardians. It's like Cortona getting a new body and form. It's based of The Weapon Ai's appearence in the future game Halo: Infinity.)

After the destroying the Flood on the Ark Spartan 117 Master Chief and his Ai partner Cortana are set adrift in deep space on board the severed half of the Forward Unto Dawn. Time passed and no UNSC rescue parties have come to recue them yet, but they soon find themselves crash land in Equestria which has evolved into the 21st Century under Twilight's leadership as new years of peace sprang up from the defeat of the Legion of Doom. However, a new evil is about rear its ugly head as robots created by an ancient alien race from another universe find their way to Terra planning to concur it in the memory of their fallen leader who was defeated by a human in a race. It's up to Master Chief and combined forces of the Equestrian military, Griffon Empire's military, a stranded Covenant Ship, the Swords of Sanghilios, and others including the UNSC Supercarrier Infinity to stop them.

It's a battle like never seen before as fates two universes hang in the balance. Can Chief save two worlds from destruction? Hope so cause a new fight is about to begin.
