After Jason Wright's death, the only human (or creature for that matter) known to have intentionally used some form of Interdimensional Travel to arrive thereat Equestria. 

Celestia immediately summoned Twilight to Canterlot for a meeting, but it wasn’t anything ordinary, as they were going to meet up in the underground tunnel system.

And that's when Twilight realized that maybe this was probably something bigger than she thought.

And once she came face to face with Celestia for that quick and civil chat, all she could think about was the likely stern talking she'd face, and moreover… What was it going to be about?

Only one thought wandered into her mind, a lost opportunity.

A non-canon sequel to Ending.

Chrysalis, queen of the largest Hive in the world. From the outside many thought she had achieved all she had wanted. She won the crown from her other sisters. She was adored by her subjects and was in control of the most powerful Hive that had connections all around the world. But when one of her biggest dreams becomes impossible she struggles to rebound from it. Until some scouts bring forward two infant humans. She decides to nurse them to health until they can travel back to the nearest human settlement. However, life is full of surprises and the Queen begins to grow fond of them and decides to adopt the two to the dismay of her people and her family. Facing a monumental task she struggles with bringing them into a home were they're hated. Hoping that a mother's love will be enough to raise the two.

Note: This story is some-what humanized. The Equestrians are completely human but other species like the changelings retain some non-human characteristics. Such as horns and wings.

What if.... instead if the cookie zombies prank wasn't a prank set up by Pinkie Pie and friends to get back at Rainbow Dash but instead the Ponyville inhabitants actually became cookie zombies and terrorized the town?

Richard ‘Bob’ Yortz, was halfway through highschool before he ended up in Equestria. Left with no other options, he spends a year as an elusive creature, stealing food and hurting ponies in order to survive. After catching the eye of Princess Celestia, he is shipped off to Ponyville with the chance to ‘redeem’ himself.

Twilight and her friends are leaving for a week-long vacation, leaving Ponyville in the very capable hooves of Lyra and Bon-Bon.

The scientists from Earth were able to open a portal to Equestria, which became an unprecedented event for both worlds. Mutual enrichment in culture, mentality, and knowledge occurred, as well as, of course, a work exchange program. Through it, one young agronomist who wished to start a new life found himself in the world of little ponies.

His stay in Equestria proved to be challenging but unforgettable, a path that eventually led him to Sweet Apple Acres… of course, for reasons of his agricultural specialty. However, at some point, something terrible happened, and happiness came to an end. Hordes of zombies suddenly poured out of the portal to his native world, starting to take over the land of ponies.

Princess Celestia declared a state of emergency, and all the residents of Ponyville were evacuated. However, leaving the apple farm was not an option, as a shortage of apples could lead to famine. Only two remained to defend the harvest from the undead – a human and a farm pony. Fortunately, local magic proved capable of making the plants protect themselves.

The battle of life against death begins!..

(Author's Note: This fanfic is a crossover between My Little Pony and Plants vs. Zombies. Its concept started as an excuse to play around with the keyboard or, rather, warm up before continuing work on the main project. However, after some elaboration, it evolved into something more. Essentially, it's just a sketch that accidentally grew into a coherent short story.
